This lofty and spacious new Hawaiian villa and unattached studio apartment on the longest pristine sandy beach in Puako is beautifully appointed with views of Maui, the Mauna Kea Volcano,the Gold Coast of Hawaii and the turquoise Pacific. The fully screened tropical pole house construction is an award-winning architectural style,and offers 4 master bedroom suites and 41/2 baths (3 large king masters and 3 1/2 baths in the main house PLUS an additional king master suite and bath in the unattached 2nd-story studio apartment). The gourmet kitchen, spacious great room with media center,den, and grand lanai all have spectacular views of the ocean and are steps away from the sandy beach. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The studio is very up-scale, with a fully equipped kitchen, spectacular ocean and bay views plus the Mauna Kea Volcano. The studio lies within the estate's gates and walls and is quite a bonus.

Nestled on Puako Point and Bay, between the Resorts of Mauna Kea and Mauna Lani, this incredible property also has 2 outdoor hot showers in private gardens which lead from the garden gates to the sandy beach, one of a very few in Puako. Your warm lagoon is your swimming pool. Protected and only 2-5 feet deep with a sandy bottom, it is home to green sea turtles and colorful juvenile fish. A few strokes beyond the reef-protected lagoon is the best snorkeling, scuba diving and kayaking in Hawaii. In low tide the tidal pools will inspire, and in January through May, the 45 foot humpback whales will thrill. Morning walks along the two-lane Puako Beach Drive will find you at Puako's famous ancient Hawaiian rock carvings, the largest example of Petroglyph's in the world. There is also a Hawaiian grocery store in short walking distance.
