Located in a quiet yet central location directly on Andrae City district and only 10 minutes walk from the Linzergasse is in a luxuriously appointed architect-designed house in the 2nd Floor (with elevator) of our elegant and exclusive town homes.

The approximately 110 square meters large apartment consists of a large kitchen, two comfortable reading / TV corner, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms.

Large glass surfaces make the rooms flood with light. The property is surrounded on three sides by a terrace, so you any time of day finds a place to relax and unwind in the sun, which can be reached by sliding or folding doors except the bathroom from each room.

In the fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, it's fun with pots, pans, and many other kitchen utensils, professional quality for yourself or friends to cook something. Good shopping (Euro Spar, organic market) are in the immediate vicinity.

In the lounge, a cozy sitting area invites you to stay and hear a music. For this purpose a high-quality Denon CD receiver (with Internet Radio and iPod Docking Station) and speaker of the upper class. Wireless Internet access is provided free of charge.

For comfort care floor, hardwood floors in acacia and Electric Blinds. The rain shower in both bathrooms brings real shower fun - you can sit in the bath thanks to the cash used in company.

Both bedrooms each have a spacious closet and a French double bed with anti-allergic bedding.

On the east side you can watch on a big flat screen TV, the television (HDTV), or movies from DVD / BlueRay player - the booths are not only used as a tome-cozy corners for reading books.

To take advantage of the cultural and gastronomic offer of Salzburg is due to the central location really needed a car, so this can be left in the garage, which has space for two vehicles.

Towels and linens are provided for you. A Miele washing machine and dryer are for free use in the basement.

The apartment interior design is extremely impressive, with a very spacious round the house balcony. The owner is very kind and friendly. I love the well-equiped kitchen and the private high security car parking lot. Definitely I will recommend this apartment and surely I will stay here again when coming next time.
