My partners and I decided we would purchase a home and furnish it just for folks coming to vacation in Albuquerque. (That home is VRBO listing # 134421.) We had such a good response that we have since purchased two other homes in the same town house community (this one and listing # 164209). New Mexico is such a great place to live that we were excited to share to others.

Thanks for checking out our properties!

Robert Klumpp purchased this townhome in 2008

We had a demanding list of requirements:

- We wanted a home that was convenient to some of the best that Albuquerque has to offer. Great restaurants, shops and museums.

- The home had to be convenient to get to (close to the Interstate).

- The home had to be in a friendly neighborhood that was quiet and safe.

- The floor plan had to provide easy access and sufficient privacy.

The Pueblo del Norte town house community perfectly filled all these requirements.

The listing description was everything that was stated. The extra vanity outside of the upstairs bathroom made it very easy for all of us to get ready each day. The home was clean and well maintained. It had easy access to the highways and was within walking distance of Old Town Albuquerque. We enjoyed all of our golf choices with Twin Warriors being the #1. We would definitely recommend this property to others. The owner was very nice and helpful. We ate at 3 restaurants in Old Town, all were excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, dishes, silverware, etc.

My family spent Christmas in this beautiful Old Town casita. This is one of the only walkable neighborhoods in Albuquerque, so the location is tops. The place is lovely, and everything was in tip-top condition. We had a dinner party for eleven people, which shows there is a lot of room at the table as well as the sleeping rooms for eight.

7 wonderful days in New Mexico

Myself and three friends enjoy a week every year in October somewhere that is warm, interesting and new. We picked Albuerque this year and we were thrilled with the house that became such a wonderful home base for our travelling around New Mexico. It was beautifully appointed, had everything that we needed and was clean and tidy when we arrived. The kitchen was completely outfitted for our stay, the dining room and living room very comfortable. The bedrooms met all our requirements. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to New Mexico and would like to return some day. Thank you Robert and ABQVacations

We had a wonderful time at this house. It's close to Old Town, so there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The house was well maintained and furnished in a tasteful southwestern style. The owner was very helpfiul and responded quickly to questions.

Our family had the best time. The townhome is so nice and in such a great location. We could walk to Old Town and the museums. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make meals. Plenty of room for our family of five. Do not worry about not parking in the garage because there is plenty of parking within a short walking distance. Thanks for helping our family make vacation memories.
