My wife Robyn and I decided to buy this property as an investment to help fund our daughter Olyvia's education. We put our heart and soul into creating a place that feels like a home away from home. The condo was in great shape and a perfect location. Close to may restaurants, taverns and shopping. Walking distance to Wrigley. It was a great time and a great place.

Walkable, spacious and convenient!

Comfortable and walking distance to several restaurants, Whole Foods, theater and many boutiques. It was quiet at night and loved that it was on the ground floor. Beautiful neighborhood location. We had everything we needed during our stay.

Perfect home away from home in Chicago

This was the perfect place for us to be near our daughter who lives on Southport. We loved being so close to the brown line. It was so convenient we did not even use any cabs . The condo is absolutely beautiful. The beds were divine. Kitchen and bathroom very well stocked. The restaurants and bars in the neighborhood are wonderful. We will probably never stay downtown again! Plan on going back as soon as possible. Thank you, Jim.

Love this place!

We came to Chicago for a girl's weekend and stayed here. We absolutely loved the property and the location. The original features in this property (wood trim, moldings, columns, etc) are beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed in it. The location is great! The neighborhood has lots of fun little shops, restaurants, and bars to visit. The train is only a block away and its so easy to take the train downtown, do the tourist sight-seeing route, then hop back on the train to head "home". The neighborhood felt very safe and everyone we met was friendly. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great place, great stay.

My wife and I with our three children (8, 5, 2) recently stayed at the southport suites. The location was great. It was close to everything. We walked to dinner two nights and out to breakfast another day. It was great having garage parking especially when we got 8 inches of snow one day. The place was clean and had up to date furnishings. Jim was a pleasure to work with and always answered my questions quickly. I will stay here again.
