All the amenities of home are included in this luxury condo. It is remodeled and upgraded often. The kitchen is fully equipped with many small appliances as well as a microwave and dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer in the condo. Paper, basic food supplies, and cleaning supplies are included. Remote control air conditioning, fans, and cross ventilation keeps guests comfortable. The 14x20 lanai with propane barbecue, table/chairs and lounge chairs, and sky chair is a wonderful area for dining and relaxing. Sport beach gear, such as boogie boards, snorkel gear, floats, beach chairs, umbrella, beach games, and sand castle building supplies is provided. Housekeeping is included before arrival. The bed is made and towels are provided. Guests are expected to leave the condo neat and orderly. After departure, the housekeeper will wash the linen, make the beds, and clean the condo.

There are motorboats, sailboats, catamarans, and submarine boat tours to reefs, and the islands of Molokini and Lanai. Engage in water activities and see fish, turtles, dolphins, and whales. The Maui Ocean Center is an aquarium with a wide variety of fish and sea life. Sightseeing at the Haleakala volcanic crater and in the rain forests of Hana and Iao Valley State Park are a 'must' for all visitors. Hiking and bike riding are also popular. Non-water activities include horseback riding, golfing, helicopter tours, and jeep adventures. Sightseeing and shopping in Lahaina is also a 'must'. Maui has many opportunities for outstanding dining.
