Girls weekend in wine country
I was recently staying at Casa Carolina with a couple girlfriends and we were so impressed with the property that we are already trying to set a date for our next visit. The property itself is so comfortable and inviting that we barely wanted to leave, but when we did, we found we could access town in about 5 minutes by car, or 10-15 on a bike. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs, so we each had ample space to ourselves. We sat around the fireplace and talked all night, we drank champagne (which we got from one of the many vineyards in the area) in the hot tub, we sipped coffee on the porch... the house is surrounded by flowers and trees, and even some friendly neighbors (a donkey named Daisy, several sheep, and chickens). While we felt like we were in a remote location, we were just minutes away from some of the best restaurants i have ever eaten at, vineyards, bars, etc. All in all, Casa Carolina was more than a great vacation rental- it was an amazing experience.
