Reservation is held upon receipt of following: $300 security deposit ($225 refundable; $75 retained for cleaning services) + 1/2 of rental fee. Remaining amount due upon arrival: 1/2 of rental fee. Other amounts due upon arrival (optional): $10 per day for parking. [ Note: otherwise valet $2 per hour, max.$14 per day with no in or out] Payments to be made through Paypal.

There is the large master bedroom with its master bath. The master bedroom, similar to the living room, has a great view of the bay and downtown Miami. The master bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed. The master bedroom also has a comfortable lounge chair as well as a love seat sofa. The 1/2 bedroom is converted from an open den area off to the side of the living room. The second bedroom has a beautiful full size bed and attractive tall closet at one end.
