There is the large master bedroom with its master bath. The master bedroom, similar to the living room, has a great view of the bay and downtown Miami. The master bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed. The master bedroom also has a comfortable lounge chair as well as a love seat sofa. The 2d bedroom is New York flat style, converted den area separated from living room by large bookcases.

There is a full service grocery store in the North Tower's first floor lobby area as you approach the lobby's side exit toward the pool area.

Although the check in experience was a little difficult, we greatly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is actually a 1 bedroom, with the 2nd bedroom being a queen sized bed in the living room, separated by a faux wall, but it worked out just fine. The views are amazing, and going down to the water behind the complex for the sunset is absolutely beautiful. Both of the pools were great, security is tight (which is good). This seemed to be a very young group of residents who actually live in the complex, which we enjoyed. Starbucks, McDonalds, Subway all within a 5 minute walk. Can walk to the beach (although I suggest taking a taxi for $6 just to save time). Lincoln Ave just a few blocks away, once again very walkable. All around, great trip and location! Would stay here again.

Viva Miami!

I visited Miami twice prior to this trip and have stayed at local hotels. They usually will look very nice and modern (stucco) on the outside, but the rooms are usually small, damp, and have too much noise from the local area.

This condo was away from the noise, but close enough to walk to all the action. It's romantic enough for a couple and spacious for a group of friends. Kitchen, washer/dryer, and dining area are extremely useful. Everything was clean and set up nicely when we arrived. The beds were also very comfortable...something I can't say about the other hotels I've been to in Miami.

Starbucks within 1 1/2 blocks..which was a big plus for our group. And if you want to save some $$, we had to the option to cook a nice dinner one night. Both pool areas in the complex were very nice and relaxing. South Beach parking is horrible, so I would suggest taking a cab. The fares were cheap even to downtown Miami when we saw the Heat beat the Celtics!

Miami/SouthBeach has something for everyone. Guys can bar hop along Collins Ave...the women can shop at upscale shops. People watching is a must. Chris Brown/Rihanna/Britney Spears, NFL players... were all in Miami during our trip.

The owner of the condo, Gene, was easily accessible and helpful with suggestions. Since he is from the area, I was able to save time and money with useful hints that most tourists wouldn't know about.

I would definitely consider going back to visit Miami for vacation. After staying at this condo, I wouldn't look anywhere else!

Coming to Miami? Want to stay where the beautiful people are with a great view of the city skyline and bay? My wife and I stayed here while on vacation and this place met and exceeded all of our expectations for a wonderful stay in Miami Beach. We avoided the craziness of the regular hotels by staying at this more intimate and relaxing luxury resort condo. This was the first time I booked a vacation rental and Gene made the whole process stressfree. This stay was the highlight of our trip. It's located just a couple blocks away from Lincoln Road where you can find some really good restaurants and great place to people watch. There's two pools on the property, where I swear all the beautiful people go to. Would love to come back!
