Enjoy a 1400 sq. ft condo right across the street from beautiful Miami beaches. This unit is fully furnished and will accommodate up to six people with beautiful view of the bay. A very spacious balcony just remodelled (tiles not completed yet). Master bedroom has king-size bed, walk-in closet, TV, VCR, DVD and full-size bed w/twin bunk in second bedroom. Also a queen-size sleeper in living room plus newly remodelled kitchen and baths with granite counter tops The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster/broiler, pots and pans, and all eating utensils. Additional amenities include phone for local calls, TV in living room and master bedroom, VCR/DVD, central air conditioning, linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrella, iron, and ironing board, hairdryer. The beach is located directly across the street from our building, about a five minute walk away. This is a non-smoking and no pets allowed unit.
