Attractive, airy, comfortable two-bedroom, two bath condominium in beautifully landscaped community. Complex boasts two swimming pools plus four tennis courts in a natural and tropical setting with old growth trees. Pool area overlooks a pond and lush growth that provides habitat for wildlife. Just a 10 minute walk to Casey Key; 5 minutes to the inland waterway; a few miles to Oscar Scherer Park, Nokomis Beach, and Historic Spanish Point. Siesta Key is a 10-15 minute drive. Several stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Location is superb! This second floor unit, with central air and ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms , is fully furnished & equipped. Vaulted ceilings in living room, kitchen, bedrooms. Spacious living room, eat-in kitchen, with screened-in balcony extending along living room/kitchen, a screened in atrium adj. to kitchen, good-sized bedrooms w/ balconies. Open the patio doors to the balconies and atrium and enjoy the tropical breezes.

There's a local fish shack right on the water for great, casual meals as well as a neighborhood pub and an upscale bistro. At Pine Run, you are away from it all but close to everything!
