Dining room (or den) and living room off the kitchen. Top floor is the bedroom suite. 2 bedrooms, sitting area and a full bath with a soaking tub. 8 skylights for spectacular light and breezes off the water. The building is surrounded by beautiful gardens and has off street parking. Location is the best! Steps away from 2 beaches, 5 minute walk to downtown with shops, restaurants, galleries. and train for Boston and the local grocery store. Renting weekly thru Oct is $1200/wk or Monthly or for as long as you would like. $1400 / month without utilities. approx 575 gallons of oil for a YEAR of heat and hot water. New, very efficient furnace. Either partially or fully furnished.This beautiful place to live is waiting for you.

Rockport is on the tip of Cape Ann. It is very beautiful and a place where artists are drawn to paint. Rockport is a community with lovely views and wooded walks as well as the down town. We are 5 miles away from Gloucester where there is a hospital, large grocery stores, shops and restaurants. We are 36 miles north of Boston. 4 Miles away from a major highway rte 128.
