Beachfront Apartment Complex. The complex has 5 pools (including one river pool and water park with 30 foot slide), 3 jacuzzis, mini-golf, 2 playgrounds, basketball court, tennis court, gym and walking distance to the beach. The apartment consists of three bedrooms (one with king bed, 2nd with queen bed and 3rd with two bunk beds with all linen included) with air conditioner, well equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster and utensils), laundry with washer/dryer and two TVs with cable TV and DVD player. The apartment has a balcony with a playground/pool view. The complex is 25 minutes from the main island airport (Munoz Marin International airport). The complex is also near El Yunque Rainforest and also 5 minutes from golf court (Berwind Country Club). Complex located within 30 minutes from San Juan Metropolitan Area. Perfect for romantic trip or get away with family. You will really enjoy it.

Nearby amenities: The following are the nearby attractions from the complex: Golf courts, El Yunque Rainforest (20 minute ride) , Hacienda Carabali (20 minute ride which includes horse riding, four track ride, and go-kart ride), El conquistador Hotel and Casino which has a water park, kayak ride in a luminescent bay nearby El Conquistador, Belz Outlet mall (15 minute ride) and plenty of restaurants nearby. Complex is located within 30 minutes from the San Juan Metropolitan area.

Golf Courts nearby: There are 5 golf courts within a 35 minute drive including two within 5 minutes from the complex. One of them at economical rates and the other is more expensive. If you are interested in playing please ask to include golf clubs (only for right handed player)

Home away from home! We had everything we needed. Washer and dryer are a plus+++. Walmart just a few minutes away. Lovely furnished. Owners are very friendly. Great price and service. We had the best time! We recommend it!!
