The holiday center Casa Aries is (30 m2) with a sunny sitting area just outside of Cavigliano in a magnificent panoramic position amidst the vines. The light-filled studio is charming and practical furnishings and ideal for a couple or a family with two children.

The open kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday, such as a stove / oven, refrigerator with Gefrierfachh, microwave and filter coffee. Dishes, and cutlery for four people.
From April / May to September / October - just as soon respectively. as long as it is beautiful bathing weather - daytime is the unheated pool to (with) use. It is located below the Casa Aries and can be reached via three steps. The garden and swimming pool are practically invisible from the outside. From the studio, the view extends far to Locarno.
Mimosas, camellias, magnolias, wisteria, oleander, butterfly bushes, roses, olive, orange and mandarin, jasmine, lavender, rosemary, bay leaves, cacti ... are found everywhere around the house, and of course palms. I call my little green oasis lovingly 'natural garden' because the Mediterranean plants and magnificent oleanders I wandered and grow faster, cut back as I can ... The retaining walls, the ravages of time, and here and there a cheeky plant between the granite stones peeks (Sleeping Beauty's sleeping!).
The charming Casa Aries is the ideal holiday accommodation near Ascona / Locarno for guests who want to relax during their vacations, but also want to explore the area. The great mountain area is very popular with hikers and cyclists and respectively the shore area of ??Lake Maggiore. the popular Ticino valleys are not far away.
Cavigliano is a quiet, authentic Ticino village. In 10 minutes you are on Lake Maggiore in Ascona and Locarno. The good mix of thinking, between solitude and participation in the pulse of tourism! Without a car, you can drive comfortably with Centovallina (local train), the train station is 8 minutes walk away from your vacation lodging. Post office, supermarket, bakery, flower shop and bank with ATM are also within walking distance. Parking available for one car. Cavigliano is very conveniently located for leisure destinations (Vallemaggia - Onsernonental - Italy). Nearby there are many sports: rock climbing, golf, hiking, tennis.
