You'll feel right at home in this fully furnished beach front getaway. With St. Augustine 5 miles South and Ponte Vedra 18 miles North, you'll find plenty of shopping, attractions, dining, and entertainment. Want to skip all the excitement and just relax? Grab a cold drink and your favorite book and enjoy the private, covered, wrap around deck. Here you can watch the pelicans pass overhead, dolphins jumping in the ocean, or listen to the waves break on the shore. Throw some burgers on the grill and enjoy your meals indoors or out. Turtle Cay is located directly on the Atlantic ocean and near the IntraCoastal Waterway. The beach is very private, peaceful, and quiet. There are several excellent restaurants and shopping for every day items within a five minute drive! The Serenata Beach Club, with its 3 huge pools, work out facility, and activities for children, is just minutes away. A fabulous nature park with trails is a few miles away. In 10 minutes you can be in downtown historic St. Augustine with lots of attractions, great seafood, fun shopping, fishing and boating charters, many golf courses, including the World Golf Village, and more. In 20 minutes north you can be in posh Ponte Vedra, with more great restaurants, shopping, and more golf! Day trips to Disney, Daytona, and Marineland are easy!

Additional information about rental rates

  • $500 damage deposit required for each rental of one week or less; deposit refund guaranteed within two weeks of departure, assuming no problems; 9% taxes additional to all rents. Weekly rates only for all holidays; $500 up-charge for Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years weeks. All fees due 8 weeks in advance of arrival date.
    No refunds of monies collected (except taxes) unless the house becomes uninhabitable (if we have to close the house and evacuate due to a hurricane; does not apply to bad weather only!) or unless owners are able to re-rent for the same dates and rates. For all renter cancellations, a 10% service charge will be deducted from refunds made. We encourage all renters to obtain trip cancellation insurance. There are two options for the cleaning fee. You can pay $215 and do no cleaning at check out OR you can pay $165 and do a few cleaning items listed on the rental agreement.

Turtle Cay: The living room is a great gathering place for all at Turtle Cay. The fully furnished kitchen opens into the living room, adding more social space in the home. The sectional couch centers around the TV and decorative fireplace. The dining table seats 8 and there is breakfast bar seating for 2. Downstairs you'll find full size laundry machines for your use. The wrap-around deck is covered on the back of the house, providing a shady, outdoor retreat, while the side and front deck are open to the sun for tanning. The deck has a private walkway directly down to the sandy beach. The deck is a perfect place for reading, napping, or enjoying a 'sand free' day at the beach. There are beach chairs, toys, and surf boards for our guests to use. We are sure you will find our home to be an enjoyable place to stay, year after year. Turtle Cay is available for Holidays, TPC, Floirida Georgia game, and all year 'round. So come home to the beach.

Pet Information: We know that pets are part of the family. Here at Turtle Cay your pet is welcome. We do require a $200, non-refundable deposit per pet. We also ask that only well trained, house broken pets be brought into our home. Thank you.

Other Activities: There are many golf courses in the area so bring your clubs! If you have questions about any of the courses, feel free to ask. There are also several fishing charter options in the area as well. You can spend the day on the river, beach, or miles off shore fishing. Charter information is available upon request.

The home was everything and more based on the information given to us. It was clean and well maintained. It had abundant supplies such as linens, towels, kitchen items, beach items, etc. The information the owner provided was more than I have ever received from anyone I have ever rented from before. Starting with locations of several grocery stores coming in from the North and South. This home is great for family! My family and I had a wonderful experience. There were dolphins swimming daily down the coast line. We enjoyed wonderful mornings and evenings sitting on the covered deck watching the sun come up and the moon. We had a wonderful dining experience at Caps that was less than 5 minutes to the south on A1A. You cannot go wrong staying here!
