This oceanfront home can be yours for a memorable getaway. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, this two-story home is ideal for family visits or a group of friends.

The beach is only steps away on the boardwalk connecting the home directly to the sand. The living room, dining room, and master bedroom all offer panoramic views of the entire Monterey Bay. End the day with spectacular sunsets over the Pacific.

The vaulted living room ceiling adds to the elegance of the home. All three spacious bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds; the downstairs bedroom also includes a twin bed. All linens and housekeeping service are included as is a washer and dryer.

Do as much cooking as you wish with the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor barbecue. You will also find a directory of wonderful close-by restaurants. The home includes three TV sets with satellite receivers, a DVD player, and WiFi. Park your car out of the elements in the two-car garage. All you need to bring is your food and clothing. Everything else awaits you.

Monterey Dunes Colony offers recreational opportunities including tennis courts, basketball court, bocce ball, putting green, a swimming pool, a sand volleyball court, and a Jacuzzi.

What A Wonderful House

Clean, big, and very much a home away from home! Weather was cold and windy, but the seals, otters, and Orca whales off shore made it an amazing stay! Loved the pool, tennis courts, and jacuzzi. Thanks for sharing your lovely beach house! We will be back!

What a Beautiful Home!

My family and I had a great time! The view was so beautiful and we all appreciated how clean the home was.

The weekend was a very special time for us to spend quality time together. We most enjoyed the gorgeous beach. We took several walks on the beach together as a family, laughing and enjoying the peaceful views, the fresh air, and admiring the sailboats in the distance. This lovely weekend will be cherished in our minds and hearts forever.

Exceeded Our Expectations

We celebrated our father’s 90th birthday. It exceeded our expectations! On the day it rained, we visited the Monterey Aquarium and were happy to return to a warm home. Out the window we watched the crashing sea waves, a monumental sunset, and bands of beautiful pelicans gracefully winging through the sky. The wildflowers were magnificent along the dunes. We could not have chosen a better place to reconnect with nature and the important things in life. A truly peaceful experience.
