Beautiful apartment in the heart of Coral Gables. Walk to everything!

Clean, well managed apartment, lower level , front of a large house divided into four, and part of a larger group of houses all sub-divided into apartments. Feels very tropical, surrounded by windows with views out to the gardens front and back which are covered with tropical trees and tropical plants. Excellent location in one of the most beautiful cities in the world (coral gables) and I speak from experience having traveled the world.
Can be a little noisy in the morning when traffic picks up as the place is adjacent to the main road but is not too uncomfortable.
The furniture and overall design of the place is cleverly done and gives an artistic feel, but the owners are cheap on the utensils and appliances, including the really old outdated TV. Luckily I don't really watch too much TV so it wasn't a bother. I did have intermittent internet problems that management made every effort to rectify.
The cleaning staff and maintenance staff I met during my stay were very friendly and respectful.
If they upgraded their appliances I would've given them 5 stars but generally speaking I had a very enjoyable month at this place and would recommend it for visitors to Coral Gables, walk out the door into Coral Gables tropical neighborhoods and you will be awed at the beauty.

We stayed in a large 1 bedroom apartment. It was clean and attractive.The location is excellent, on a quiet street but close to the essentials such as a grocery store and restaurants. The owner has been very professional to date. The negatives on the apartment: the bed was too firm for us, there was no dresser in the bedroom and the kitchen equipment was minimal. A street light shines right outside the bedroom window- eye shades solved thatproblem.
I recommend the restaurant "Le Provencal" on the Miracle Mile.
The Venetian Pool is a lovely place for a swim. Its less than a mile away. We walked there and enjoyed looking at the beautiful homes with lush landscaping. Each home's architecture is unique and many have great details.
