Villa of 400m2, 4 bedrooms (up to 10 people.). Ideal for groups and families

Excellent and completely renovated manor house with all the comforts. The house has spacious rooms that invite you to enjoy and relax.

The living room at ground floor is dominated by a large open fireplace and has two large sofas that invite both to romantic evenings, as well as to lively encounters. The large dining table allows banquets for up to 10 people.

A second fireplace in the cozy library for warmth, perfect for reading only.

A large, fully equipped kitchen, and a stylish bathroom complete the ground floor premises.

The basement offers a large wine cellar, the opportunity to enjoy a game of pool while you enjoy a drink or a snack.

Extending outwardly oriented a large terrace to the north, and with a vision wunderfvollen that reaches almost to the sea. On one side of the terrace there is a covered barbecue area with a table for up to 12 guests, a comfortable barbecue and a wood-burning stove.

Upstairs invites another large living room with large windows and an east-facing terrace to relax while listening to music, or simply TV (satellite, Canal Plus).

The house has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a fireplace and an en-suite bathroom with its own private patio light.

Apart from the many fireplaces, the house has central heating.

To complete the enjoyment of your stay, the house has a cleaning service 2 times a week.

The farm is located at the foot of Lomo de la Vega at 800 m altitude, just 5 minutes from the town of San Mateo, and 30 minutes from the capital, Las Palmas, which makes it an ideal base to explore the island.

In San Mateo, you will find a wide selection of good restaurants, supermarkets and shops of all kinds. At the weekend there is the weekly market, which is particularly attractive due to its nature, and regularly attracts people all over the island.

Spacious and luxurious villa (400 m2) is situated on a 4000 m2 orchard, surrounded by towering chestnut trees, and just 5 minutes from the town of San Mateo. Here harmonize their rural character and forestry, and make it a perfect place to rest or to enjoy activities such as hiking, horseback riding, tennis, golf, mountain biking, etc..

The villa is located in the center of the island, making it an ideal base to explore the island, and their geography to know their people and places better.

Mention for active people, that run through the municipality of San Mateo a variety of hiking trails. In the vicinity of San Mateo are 2 equestrian centers, and in only 20 minutes, they go to the oldest golf course in Spain (Real Club de Golf de Las Palmas, opened in 1891). You can also play tennis, in a play of different clubs near.
