Large quiet 2-room apartment (77m ²) with fitted kitchen, bathroom (shower and bath), a large balcony (12m ²). Completely renovated and refurbished. Grand views of Berlin to the TV tower. Suitable for 2-4 adults and a child.

The apartment is located in the green district of Treptow-Köpenick, the district Johannisthal in the manor road.

Helless cozy living room, comfortable bed, modern 80cm LED TV, stereo. Internet access available (3 euros per day).

The bedroom has a large double bed and a wardrobe and a chest of drawers and a chair. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed available (bedding 1.80 mx 2.00 m).

Large kitchen with window, dining area with a bench and 3 chairs in a rustic style. Ceramic hob cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle toaster, coffee maker.

Hall, kitchen and bathroom are tiled. The other rooms with laminate or carpeted.

The bathroom has a bath and shower, toilet and a modern sink, mirror, heated towel rail.

The view from the 12m ² balcony goes through all the surrounding houses to the west to the TV tower. Sun from about 14 clock on the balcony until sunset over Berlin. From all the windows of the sweeping view of the countryside and going over the rooftops of Berlin.

The apartment is on the 6 floor. A modern lift is available and the house, and the apartment is suitable for wheelchair users, as no steps have to be overcome (except from the apartment to the balcony lead 2 steps.)

No traffic noise, as the road is a dead end, which is used only by residents.

Treptow-Köpenick is the greenest and most water-rich district of Berlin.

Therein lies the district of Berlin-Johannisthal. Nevertheless, the apartment is not only quiet and green, but also centrally.

In the immediate vicinity (up to 10 minutes walk) there are 5 supermarkets and 10 restaurants, a cinema, a post office. The center Schöneweide (1.6 km away) and the shopping center of Europe größtest 'Gropiuspassagen' Load (4.9 miles) to shop and relax.

To Berlin's city center can be reached on the motorway within 20 minutes or by S-Bahn train station in Berlin Schöneweide within 20 minutes. To Messe Berlin is 17 minutes on the freeway. To Berlin Schönefeld Airport 10 minutes track. To the media in Berlin-Adlershof is 5 minutes. Bus stops and Staßenbahnhaltestelle located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
