CASA ALBATROS
was completed in December 2012 and is located in the sunny south of an original Madeira village about 350 m above sea level between banana plantations, fields of sugar cane and vegetables.
The Casa Albatros is by car from the airport through easily accessible to at least two-lane roads, so no mountain driving skills are needed to get there.
The apartment has its own separate land access and its own separate apartment entrance.
We live as a landlord directly at the apartment, so we can offer advice and practical help.
The fantastic sea view is detached from the day-long sunshine and the evening by house lights over the rolling hills of Ponta do Sol. In the winter months you can see the sunset in a cloudless sky in the sea.
The 75 sqm apartment has two large sun terraces with sun beds, table and chairs, a garden with passion struggling plants, shrubs and fruit trees, between which a bank is embedded to linger.
