Been renting homes for many years, seen it all. Was quite surprised by this one. Very clean, plentiful linens (rarity), comfortable beds and furniture, and location was great.
The owner and his staff were the best I've had. We'd stay again.

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your home. We had a great time. The house was in good condition, clean and it was so nice for us to have the privacy we like compared to a hotel. My extended family all got to stay together to visit other family in Utah. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to be close to downtown. We hope to stay again sometime in the future.

Last minute stay, needed room for 6 of us. Booked quickly, had no idea what to expect. Service was fantastic, very accommodating people. Home was clean, beds were comfortable, home was right by many fun places including the zoo and historic sights which we enjoyed learning about. Downtown is not far and it's easy to get to the airport which we liked too. Very pleasurable, thanks guys for everything.

Nice place if you want to be near downtown

Pictures were accurate. The hot tub was nice an the family room and kitchen were open, clean, and adequate. We liked how close we were to the freeway too because we were able to jump right on and head up the mountain to Park City. It was a convenient spot and a nice owner. We will return.

My group of College friends and I stayed here last week and were so impressed. The kitchen was amazing and we all love to cook. Close enough to downtown to do major shopping and sightseeing. We all graduated from the University of Utah 20 years ago and try to get together every couple of years and relive our college days. So far this is the best place we have stayed. We all decided we will stay here again.
