How about an old-fashioned Laguna Beach vacation? These cottages have a long history of pleasant salt-air memories, combined with contemporary decor. They are located in a family-oriented neighborhood with a nice view of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, just 200 feet away. This cottage has a queen-size bed in the one bedroom unit, plus a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. All have brand new white kitchens, and new kitchen utensils and dishes, microwave ovens, full-size stoves and fridges, whitewashed pine furniture throughout, ceiling fans (of course, air-conditioning, as well), cable color TV, and phones. You are far away from the hustle-bustle carnival resort atmosphere, but have the convenience of a home away from home. A donut shop, grocery, and plenty of good restaurants are within walking distance. Of course, the beach and good fishing are a stone's throw away.

Relax, Enjoy your own little Cozy Paradise Cottage: There are so many things to do and see in Panama City! Swimming with the dolphins, fishing, golfing, parasailing, and jet-skiing -- we have it all! This classic 50's duplex cottage features a wonderful view of the Gulf which is about 200 ft. down the street and offers an unobstructed view of our Private Beach! There is a restriction against structures on our beach, so all you see are sun, sugar white sand, sea oats and beautiful turquoise water! So very pleasant and relaxing! These Cottages were completely remodeled with whitewashed furniture and new kitchens. The Cottages are located on the west end of Panama City Beach in a residential neighborhood away from all the hustle bustle and carnival type atmosphere. Escape to a time when life was more simple. We have a donut shop right around the corner and a grocery 3 blocks away. Lots of golf and mini-golf courses close by. Great selection of gourmet as well as family restaurants within 5 miles. Free laundry facility.

Perfect trip

My wife and I had a chance to spend 4 days without children for the first time in 20 years. We wanted a quit and cozy place to enjoy each other and be near the beach.When I saw the Think Pink Cottages it made me thiink about places we rented as a child. After looking at the pictures and talking to the wife we decided to give it a try, boy were we surprised when we got there. We opened the door and fell in love with this cute cozy cottage that was perfect for a 2nd honeymoon. We had everything we needed, plus we were able to have our little dog with us. The owners have done a great job with this unit and I would tell anyone thats looking for something different than a big condo unit with people everywhere, try this out and you want regret it. Our 5 days at the think pink cottages

My 13 year old grand daughter and I spent 5 days at Glenda's Cottages. We had a blast! When we arrived she was taking pictures and sending them home to the rest of her family. Glendahad the place stocked with tons of extra stuff, just in case you forgot something. The cottage was the perfect place for us to plan some snorkling adventures and just spending some quality time together.
We planned on just a beach vacation, but there was tons of stuff to do once you got there. We did take Maggie down to the beach the first day only to get her busted by the local Sheriff. No dogs on the
beaches in Florida,except by the new pier and there's about 300 feet that they allow your dogs to run and play in the ocean. It was a great place for my Grand daughter and I to do some bonding. I would recommend the Think Pink Cottages to anyone interested in a nice relaxing home away from home. Thank Glenda!
Owner's Response: I am SO GLAD you had a nice time at the cottages!!! But, SO SORRY you got busted with taking Maggie to the beach!! I hope they only gave you a warning, not a fine!

In addition to the "Dog friendly" beach area next to Pier Park, there is also a fenced in "Doggie Park" area up at Frank Brown Park (about 1.2 miles) east on Back Beach Rd.

Do come back ANYTIME and we'll keep a light on for ya!!

What a relief - PERFECT!

I had spent weeks searching sites - only to find cheesy decor, outrageous prices and car salesman-type owners. We had a budget, four kids and a dog. I began to think it was destined to become a National Lampoons nightmare. Then comes Think Pink Cottages and the sweetest owner ever. We were in the 2 BR with the bright colors and it was exactly what we needed! It was quiet, cozy and incredibly clean. The cottage neighbors and locals were so pleasant. Our kids rode bikes and we even had a backyard. We were glad to have a free washer & dryer, a grill, tons of towels and private parking. If you have children, this is the perfect place! You have the safest and quickest walk to the beach - no heavy traffic or crowds. The water was clean and the sunsets were incredible. Thomas Donuts is just around the corner and it was HEAVEN. (cash only) No point in looking any longer - you have found THE best of everything. Thank you for a great time - we will be back again and again! Terry, Michelle, Miller, Fisher, John & June and Kramer too.

The cottage was adorable. If you don't mind walking a short distance to the beach this is the perfect place to stay. This area is away from all the traffic and crowded tourist attractions but close enough to walk or drive to many areas.
A great donut shop just down the road for breakfast... get there early!
The owner is wonderful to work with!

A wonderful find in the west end!

My wife and I wanted to get away for a few days so we picked Panama City Beach as the area we'd go to. We'd never been there and thought it would be a good place to visit. I searched the net and was looking for a "pet friendly" place as we have a golden retriever. After searching a couple of hours I stumbled upon the perfect solution...a cottage with a view of the gulf. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised with the location and charm the cottage had to offer. The pictures on the net don't do it justice as it was spic and span clean, had all the amenities needed to cook and BBQ and was very comfortable with the large sofa's. After unpacking we headed over to the local grocery store, Carousel's as recommended by the cottage owner, and what a neat place! They have more wine selections than I've seen in quite some time and they're from all over the world! The seafood, poultry and meat selections were more than adequate and a decent selection of beer was on hand. The next day it was off to the beach with our 4 legged friend and she had a wonderful time, although the sand probably didn't taste good. While in the area we visited the Pier shops (nice for the family) and ate at Calypso's (great seafood gumbo), Sharky's (nice view of the gulf and cheap beer) and Mike's Diner. I can't forget Thomas's donuts either. Get there before 7 a.m. for the best selection...decadence wrapped in sugar! There are a lot of attractions in the area and we found a nice state park with beautiful views of the gulf and lake areas. Lots of real estate bargains to be found, considering the proximity to the gulf. In closing, I would highly recommend this rental to my friends and my wife and I hope to visit again in the near future! Thank you for a memories Glenda!
