The large, luxurious master bedrm. comes complete with queen suite, linens, walk-in closet, gas fireplace and 4 pce. ensuite bathrm. The den area has a fireplace, computer desk with hookups, leather chair and bookcase. The dining room seats four comfortably. The comfy leather sofa and chair, HDTV, stereo system and gas fireplace will invite you to relax in the living room after your long day. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts maple cabinets, granite counter tops, 5 stainless steel large and many small appliances and place settings. Second bathrm. is a 3 pce. with shower. A spacious in suite laundry room contains plenty of storage shelves, stacking washer and dryer and built in vacuum. Two underground secured parking stalls included.

A 3/4 height feature wall with two sided gas fireplace (which is shared with the den) and french doors, divide the bedroom from the open plan of the remainder of the condo unit. South facing balcony is accessible from the bedroom. A cordless phone and alarm clock-radio are provided as well as fluffy pillows and duvet and cotton sheets.
