This beautiful property is nestled directly on the tradewinds side of Dutch St. Maarten, overlooking the Island of St. Barth's. Rattan and natural wood furnishings highlight the accommodations - all with an ocean view! The villa is air-conditioned, and includes a kitchen and a large terrace overlooking a magnificent panorama of ocean and secluded beach. It has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. Check-in is on Saturday and rentals are on a weekly basis. Nightlife is abundantly available, but St. Maarten is also the ideal island for a quiet getaway. Note: There is a government tax per unit per week that is payable at the resort.
