About John Willis
My wife is greek and I have spent summers over several years on the island before returning. Our English housekeeper has been with us for about 15 years.
John Willis purchased this estate in 1986
Why John Willis chose Symi
This property had been abandoned dor 40-50 years and was rebuilt over the 5 years tp 1991. It's a magic setting and has been featured in Architectural Digest and Elle Deco. As Symi has become more sophisticated and the infrastructures have improved, access to the property had been facilitated.
What makes this estate unique
The views either from the property over the cultivated (by the monastery) of from the road or from the cliffs are extraordinary and there is no noise.
