Mountain Vista Lodge is a stunning newly built 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath duplex home that will comfortably sleep up to eight people. It offers you and your guests a gas fireplace, private hot tub, vaulted ceilings and parking for one car in garage. It's location is very convenient to Breckenridge’s Snowflake Chairlift. This home offers luxurious finishes, fine furnishings, and many custom features in a fantastic setting for the perfect ski vacation or summer get-away!
You enter into the main level through a slate entryway, or from the large two-car garage. The spacious living room has hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, and a vaulted ceiling. This home features an open floor plan with beautifully designed kitchen and great room: perfect for entertaining. The kitchen if fully equipped, and features granite counter tops and custom cabinetry. The dining room has seating for 8 and fantastic views. There is a deck and a half-bath on this level as well. Up one level is the large master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, and a private bath. The bath features a large jetted tub and separate shower. There is also a loft/sitting area with an over sized reading chair and a desk area. On the lower level are two additional bedrooms featuring queen sized beds and private baths. The laundry room is on this level, as well as access to the private hot tub. All rooms offer at least 9 foot ceilings, and large windows for plenty of natural light.
The location is key: access to the Snowflake chairlift is just a short walk away, and you can ski back to the same short trail at the end of the day.
