Despite minimalist architecture of any comfort as possible. The floor climate control allows the right temperature in winter and provides a pleasant cooling during the hot summer months. A rich vegetation and tranquil determines the extraordinary appeal of this - only interrupted by the ringing surrounding grazing lambs - refuge of peace.

 The almost untravelled old road leads into 5 miles from convenient shopping centers and excellent restaurants in Cas Concos Alqueria Blanca, Santanyi and Calonge.

1000 sqm living area recommended with underfloor heating for year-round use of residential premises for up to 6-7 persons (3 double beds and 1 cot), plus convenient emergency beds for guests or nanny 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, outdoor cooking area and barbecue several hundred sq.ft. terrace areas with sun protective pergolas.

DISTANCES

The airport in Palma is approx. 45 min. away.

 Beaches 4 to 10 km.

 The golf course at Val d'Or is located 7 km

 Marina near Cala d'Or, Porto Petro, Porto Colom

 Restaurants, supermarkets and Mallorca finest antique shops.
