Our charming and spacious suite is a pet friendly Canaan Valley condo with a romantic setting. Enjoy the fireplace in the cool evenings or warm up in the jacuzzi tub. We provide cable TV, DVD/VCR player and video library for evening entertainment. 40' TV over the fire place (not pictured). Limitied long distance calls available. A great West Virginia vacation rental spot! Nightly rates.

Come in the winter to the slopes and valleys which are converted into a winter sports paradise with blankets of snow for down hill and crossing country skiing, sledding, tubing and more. We recently added a 40 inch screen TV. Your stay can be as relaxing or as active as you choose. Enjoy your summer visit at Black Bear - family friendly -Resort around the swimming pool overlooking the mountains, playing putt putt golf, playing tennis, walking the fitness trail or watching the children play on the playground. Stroll through the towns of Davis and Thomas, shopping in the local artisans craft stores, antique shops and dining. Visit Monongahela National Forest, Seneca Rocks, Spruce Knob, Seneca Caverns, Canaan State Park. Activities including hiking, biking, golfing, white water rafting, horseback riding and day spa.
