This absolutely wonderful apartment in country house with your open views over fields meadows and forests

has a lot of space, 170 sqm habitable area, and an additional 100 square meters large party room with fireplace.

You to celebrate but also to play, use as table tennis, can.

Ideal for children who have a lot of space if. Indoors or out side in all weathers

Our apartment has a separate entrance, parking lot and garden and lawn.

The super beautiful fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. There also is a large dining living room a guest toilet. Bathroom with shower and bath and 3 bedrooms

A fourth and fifth bedroom with separratem bathroom and sauna are located on the ground floor. Upon request, the Maseurin comes into the house. Please arrange appointment before time.
Car: recommended

This beautifully situated on the edge of the Ore located country house, has a beautiful uninterrupted views over fields meadows and forests.

The exclusive location and a fenced-in plot size of 6000 square meters, there are ideal conditions to recover.

But even at a celebration in our 100sqm big hall with 50 seats, it can sometimes be a little louder, the nearest neighbor is about 100m away. Lichtenau beteht principally of individual farms located at 600m altitude.

The amusement park Plohn is only about 15 km away.
