Quiet, spacious and exclusive summer house for 8 people near a child-friendly bathing beach at cores and Skovmose country. The house is furnished exksklusiv and has a bright and spacious living room with fireplace and an open kitchen, 4 beautiful bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. The house has a partially covered terrace. The house is centrally located, from here it is only a few kilometers to the various attractions such as the science park Danfoss Universe, to the port of Sønderborg with its castle and the Dybbøl Mill and more.

The house is insulated with modern standard and can be warmed up by an effective air to air heat pump. Different toys in the house and a game console are available. The Als Peninsula is known for its beautiful beaches and the many good fishing.
