Our detached house is situated on a leafy plot approximately 1 000 square meters.

It has a living room, a bedroom with bathroom, two further bedrooms and another bathroom and a kitchen, two conservatories and a sun terrace on the south side of the house.

From the living room and the terrace offers long distance and panoramic view of Südlanzarote, the Atlantic Ocean and Fuerteventura. Beautiful views up to the mountains and in the village of La Asomada can be enjoyed from commonly used as a dining room conservatory at the rear of the house.

The living room has a fireplace.

The house is fully furnished and equipped - incl. Bed and table linen, hand and bath towels, washing machine, safe, sun beds, TV reception via ASTRA satellite with all German channels.

Lanzarote is the ideal vacation destination for anyone wanting to escape to a sunny paradise with few tourists. I was able to fully enjoy all that the island has to offer, thanks to the warm hospitality provided at this home during my stay. The cozy atmosphere, enhanced by the cottage's location in a residential neighborhood, allowed my family to see the famous sites by day and retreat to our private haven by evening. After relaxed breakfasts and cookouts (using the built-in BBQ grill) -- all with the romantic horizon as our backdrop -- we were convinced that our vacation at this cottage was the very definition of Heaven on Earth.

The service is friendly and impeccable, and you will receive daily touring and dining recommendations from the owner, who has lived on Lanzarote for twenty years and knows the island like the back of her hand. For us, staying at this idyllic home was crucial in making the most of our vacation. Regardless of whether you are traveling with family, friends, or your significant other, lodging and accommodations are key to building any fantastic trip, and I wholeheartedly recommend this cottage. With brand new appliances and furnishings, we had all the comforts and convenience of home throughout our stay. I still often look through my vacation photos and I can't wait to go back! :)

The closest place to paradise

The cottage we stayed was very spacious and clean. The owner provided us with some welcoming gifts such as wine and cheese. The weather was wonderful and the ocean view was to die for. We will definitely be back!!

Dieses Ferienhaus kann man nur empfehlen. Die Lage am Hang mit Panoramablick hinunter aufs Meer, abseits vom touristischen Trubel.Eine gut durchdachte Raumaufteilung und -ausstattung, zwei Wintergärten und eine offene, windgeschützte Terrasse machen diese "Villa" zu einem Traum. Besonders zu würdigen ist die stets freundliche Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieterin

Das Ferienhaus übertraf in natura die Darstellung im Internet und erfüllte voll und ganz unsere Erwartungen. Die ruhige Lage, die großzügige Raumgestaltung und die sehr gute Ausstattung werden uns in guter Erinnerung bleiben. Die freundliche und zuvorkommende Art und Weise von Frau Geitner begleiteten uns von der Abholung vom Flughafen bis zur Abreise. Frau Geitner stand ständig für Wünsche und Hilfe zur Verfügung, so dass wir uns täglich voll entspannt der Inselerkundung und Erholung widmen konnten. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen.

Excellent séjour

Grande maison bien équipée, très bien située, dans un coin à l'écart des grands complexes touristiques mais proches des commodités et surtout très bien placé pour sillonner toute l'île. Accueil très sympa de la proprio. Maison bien équipée, nous aurions juste apprécié qu'il y ait du savon dans les sdb. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour sur cette île magnifique.
