Three bedroom, 1 and a half bath house offers a tranquil setting for a summer vacation close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, golfing and entertainment. Complete kitchen plus washer/dryer and dishwasher. Living room, deck & patio make this an ideal spot for a family summer getaway, and the Soapstone Fire View Wood Stove makes the house cozy and warm during the off season. Local entertainment for kids includes Cartwheel Go-Karts, a state of the art Go Cart park with an arcade, bounce house and ice cream (across from the Tony Ice Arena) and also the Cape Cod Inflatable Park only 3 miles from the house. For adults the Dennis Pines Golf Course is just 2 miles from the house. Tee times available. The whole family will enjoy The Cape Cod Rail Trail, 2 miles from the house with a bike shop and rental at the entrance and we're also 10 minutes to Bay Beaches.

Center of Cape Cod: The house is close to shopping, golf, beaches and restaurants. It is also off the last double lane section of highway on route 6. Beyond exit 9, it becomes a 2 lane road. Very handy in high traffic situations.

We had a spectacular time and were blessed with perfect weather for the entire two weeks. The new downstairs bedroom is terrific, and the new deck is fabulous. Over the years we've rented at Elbow Pond, we've especially enjoyed being able to walk right down to swim in the pond (when we're not simply lazing in the hammock, listening to the frogs at night, simply soaking up the view, or gazing at the stars. On top of that you've always been amazingly prompt and helpful any time we've had the slightest question. Thanks again for a perfect vacation!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The property was everything which the owner had said. It was clean, tidy, well-maintained with everything needed to make our stay on the Cape a very pleasant experience.
It was in a lovely location overlooking the pond and once we had got our bearings where we were in relation to other towns it was very easy to get there.

Brian was extremely helpful and provided a wealth of information, both prior to arriving and during our stay, to ensure we did not experience any problems and had a relaxing holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, he even contacted us at the hotel where we were staying in New York and again whilst at his home.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone who wanted to stay in a quiet, relaxing environment, but within easy reach of towns and beaches for those of a more active disposition.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Romantic Getaway
