I write in English. It is easier. This apartment was perfect for us. The size is good, it is clean and all appliances are working well. It is in the middle of the city; the tour bus stop is right across the street, there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed the park across the street with its cute, little restaurant especially. In other words, perfect without a car. We stayed a total of three weeks and had a car the second and third week. The pool water was cold and there were not enough chairs in the pool area, especially over the weekends but during the week we often had a peaceful time there to cool off and read. The owners are very caring, helpful, friendly and we enjoyed our time there a lot. We would love to come back sometime and certainly recommend this place.

We stayed in this appartment for 10 days, it is a really nice appartment! The pictures don't lie, it's modern decorated, very clean, space enough for 3 or even 4 people and it is located in the middle of the city. I felt very safe in this appartment since there was 24/7 security at the entrance. In about 10 seconds you are in the beautifull parc Company Gardens and it only takes a 10 minute walk to reach the mainstreet of Capetown. After all, we had an amazing time in Cape Town and I highly recommend this accomodation to everyone!

OASE IN DER STADTMITTE

Die Wohnung im "St. Martini Gardens" Komplex ist absolut empfehlenswert, wegen der zentralen Lage und der kompletten Ausstattung. Sie liegt direkt am grössten Stadtpark "Gardens", was speziell im Sommer von Vorteil ist.
Die Buchung und Abholung verlief problemlos, die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt, kleine Mängel wurden prompt behoben.
Sowohl zu Fuss ist man in kurzer Zeit an allen wichtigen und interessanten Orten, als auch mit dem Auto schnell zu einem Ausflug unterwegs.
Schade, dass ich nicht länger bleiben konnte...

SCHÖNES APARTMENT IM HERZEN KAPSTADTS

Wir waren für einen Monat in dem Apartment und haben es sehr genossen. Die Bilder auf der Seite lügen nicht. Es ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet, ist zentral gelegen, hat einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Man kann sich sicher fühlen, Security ist 24h am Tag in der Anlage. Ich als knapp 2-Meter-Mensch konnte in dem Bett wirklich ausgezeichnet schlafen, was in so manchem Hotelzimmer schwierig ist. Gereinigt wird die Wohnung regelmäßig, das klappte immer wunderbar und gründlich. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, man kann auf die Longstreet, wenn man was erleben will oder gegenüber in den Company's Garden, zum relaxen.

COMFY STAY IN CAPETOWN

Last may (2013 ) we spent 4 nights in Capetown. We wanted to be right in the centre of the town and yes it turned out to be to perfect spot. The Company's Gardens were right in front of us (no view on the Gardens but on the beautiful dome of the Centre for the Book) Several museums are on walking distance; the Michaelis Collection, the Slave Lodge, South africa Museum and the Castle of Good Hope as well as the District Six Museum are not too far. Since the apartment has its own garage, you can bring your car and use it for the other highlights in town. There are some good restaurants just around the corner and we just walked in the evening for wonderful dinners. For breakfast; you can prepare it yourself in the well equipped kitchen but Kloofstreet with very nice places for good coffee and delicious bread is an attractive alternative.
The apartment itself is spacious and very cosy. The bedroom is perfect with high quality bedding. The bathroom is tasteful and practical. Katrin, our host gave us a warm welcome with proteas and grapes. Apart from that she was very helpful and gave good advice for our stay. It was great to meet Katrin and her family ans we are looking forward to meet the again.
