The upstairs has the master bedroom suite, two terraces & a queen bdrm (no closet- dresser only). Renovated Fall 2009. Separate dining area & a large, open kitchen. Renovated rooftop terrace & bathrooms. Laundry room (washer & dryer), AC in the bedrooms only, gas grill, 2 cable TVs, & a DVD player. This condo complex is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Rincon, Corcega! 2 swimming pools, 1 adult & 1 kiddy, plus a playground. This is a third floor, walk-up condo with a side facing ocean view next to the public beach access & the Rincon Ocean Villa Mansion! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out & relax. Villa Calabrese at Sol y Playa Rincon: Villa Calabrese is located at the south side of Rincon on Corcega Beach. The area is quieter than the north side of town (except major holiday weeks like Christmas/New Years, Presidents Wk, & Easter), but close enough you can go enjoy the fun & then come home & relax in your beautiful piece of paradise! Walk for miles on the beautiful, swimming beaches. 10 min drive to surf beaches. In the winter, you may spot the whales right out in front! The water is warm & delightful. English language movies are a 15 minute drive away (about $6.00 for adults & $3.75 for kids!). Casinos are 15-20 minutes away in Mayaguez or up at Aguadilla- about 30 minutes away. Great restaurants in Rincon. Major shopping with Borders Book Store, Sears, JC Pennys, Mega Marshalls, Walmart, K-Mart, Sam's Club, Applebees & more as well as Chili's, Pizzaria Uno, Long Horn Steak House, Sizzler & more in Mayaguez. Close enough if you need them but not in your back yard! No Internet but free Wi-Fi around town.

Reservation Rules: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The balance is due 30 days before arrival by same credit card. If less than 30 days until check-in, payment in full is due at time of reservation. No reservations should be assumed until the initial deposit or payment is made and a signed contract is received by the renter from Island West Properties. Please do not make any travel plans that can not be changed until you have received your signed contract. Homes can not be held without a deposit. First payment will have the reservation. Must be 25 & present.

CANCELLATIONS: if ninety (90) or more days notice is received, 10% of the rental shall be retained. If there is less than 90 days notice, 20% of the rental shall be retained ONLY if the unit is subsequently rented. If we can not rent the unit, we shall retain the entire deposit. EXCEPTION: FOR RESERVATIONS BETWEEN DEC. 15 AND JAN. 7, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rincon is the furthest west town on the island of Puerto Rico. Famous for our sunsets, kind people, surfing, winter whale watching, diving and snorkeling. We are a 30-40 minute drive from Aguadilla airport (BQN) with flights in daily on Continental, Jet Blue, and Delta from Newark, JFK, Atlanta, and Florida. San Juan (SJU) is a 2.5 hour drive away with flights from all over! Our quiet town is a break from the big cities. We have no traffic lights yet, but we're only 20 minutes away from the town of Mayaguez with a Sam's Club, Super K, Chilis, Long Horn Steak House, movie theaters, casinos, winter league baseball games and more! The Arecibo Observatory (James Bond's Golden Eye and Jody Foster's Contact) and the Camuy caves are just a 1.5 hour drive. We aren't New York City! This is a slow down and enjoy the tropical breezes vacation. You can be as busy as you wish or just sit and enjoy this paradise we are happy to share with you! US citizens do not require a passport or visa!

  • Each bedroom has it's own a/c unit. The 3rd bedroom now has 2 sets of bunk beds, each with a twin up and a twin down. Fall 2009 added 4th bedroom with a queen bed. This room has access to a small, side ocean view terrace, AC, but no closet. There is a dresser to store your clothes. This bedroom is on the top floor next to the master suite with a king size bed and closet. This home is perfect for 3 small families! Sleeps 8 max. AC in bedrooms only. Ceiling fans in the other areas.

This is a third floor, walk-up, side view condo. It's beautiful and recently had the bathrooms renovated ( Fall 2008 & 2009). 4th bedroom added Fall 2009. It's is a great place for a large family or 3 couples or 3 small families traveling together- 8 max. This unit sides to the public beach access which can be crowded on holidays. The dining area has a table for 6 and then there are 4 barstools at the breakfast bar right next to the table. On the roof top terrace is a large table for 6 and a second small coffee table with seating for 4 more. Several lounge chairs and a hammock. 2nd TV and satellite hookup at the upstairs terrace. No Internet, but plenty of free Wi-Fi spots around town at restaurants and the town plaza. Relax and enjoy!
