Additional information about rental rates

  • Call or email to reserve your desired dates - just $200 holds your reservation!
  • No hidden fees. The $200 reservation/security deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out. We accept personal checks, and VISA or MASTERCARD are accepted through Pay Pal.


    Small pets are only allowed if approved by owners in advance. Breed and weight of pet will be required. Renter must agree to a $200 pet deposit, and agrees to the $12 per day pet fee.
  • The WINTER months are NOT available for monthly rentals, just daily and weekly rentals only. We only have monthly rentals available for May, June, August, September, & October. All other months (November-April) are considered peak season and cannot be rented at a monthly rate. Thanks for understanding!

Notes: This is the right location at the right price!! Surrounded by aspens and evergreens, this charming 1 bedroom condo is walking distance to the slopes and just minutes to historic Main Street. Comfortable and beautifully appointed living room with gas fireplace and TV/DVD player. The full kitchen includes black and stainless steel appliances, granite tile counter tops, microwave, electric stovetop and oven. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, an amoire with a TV/VCR, a walk-in closet, and a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Additional sleeping can be found in the fold out couch in living room. There is a half bath is just off the living room, telephones in the kitchen and bedroom, and a laundry room with washer and dryer (perfect for ski storage). Total occupancy is 4-5 persons. Pets under 20 lbs. are allowed if disclosed up front, a daily pet fee will be added to your stay. This is a NON-SMOKING unit.

Ski, Sled, Play, and Stay: Winter ski runs and summer hiking trails are all accessible from this beautifully appointed condo set in the heart of Old Town, making it a year-round destination. Walk out the door and Park City Mountain Resort is just across the street - just grab your gear and hit the slopes! Winter visitors will find both skiing and snowboarding ski schools are offered at PCMR, so don't leave the kids at home, bring them with you! Our condo has plenty of room and has the best location in town! Sledding, snowshoeing and sleigh rides are all offered in the Park City area. Minutes from Deer Valley and the Canyons ski areas, just hop on the FREE Park City transit bus system and it will take you to Main Street or the resort of your choice.

Summer visitors can enjoy the weather: Main Street is the cultural center of Park City, and is just minutes away - lined with restaurants, art galleries, nightclubs, clothing stores, cafes and exquisite boutiques. Summer visitors will discover a multitude of sports to choose from, all within minutes of the condo. If you are a golfer, play the links at the Park City Golf Club is just down the street, or go mountain biking at Deer Valley resort, then grab a bite at any of the fantastic eateries in Old Town. Take in a free summer concert at Deer Valley or check out the Free Friday night films at City Park, only one block away, sponsored by the Sundance Institute.

Sundance Film Festival: People come to Park City for two things -- the Sundance Film Festival and skiing. Within walking distance to the Sundance Institute, Egyptian Theatre, and Library Center Theatre. Please call early, there is a 5 nt minimum for this premium 10 day period.

Golf: Park City Golf Club offers a challenging game at one of the state's most enviable locations. Located only 2 blocks away from this 1 BR condo, play on a course that is typically 10 to 15 degrees cooler than most courses in the area - a definite bonus during the hot summer months.

My daughter and I recently spent 5 nights at this lovely condo. It is directly across the street from the parking lot at the PCMR and the walk was shorter than expected. The free bus to Deer Valley and to Main Street was also right nearby. The layout of the building was a bit strange: a heated garage leads to a basement corridor, then up a flight of back stairs to the condo entrance. The unit, once inside, greatly exceeded expectations. There is a main room with a gas fireplace, chairs, TV and fold-out couch. Adjoining this room is a very nice kitchen with all the amenities, an open seating bar and separate dining room (very nice for card games). The master bedroom is comfortable and the unit has two separate bathrooms. I was puzzled at first as to where to unpack as there are few drawers - but then we found the large walk-in closet. The separate room for washer and dryer was also handy. I particular appreciated the small items. There is an Ipod player; a small collection of videos and books; packs of coffee; laundry detergent; nice soap and shampoo; plenty of pillows, etc.

Downsides: not many, but, it is not in the town part of Park City. Mainstreet is a short bus-ride or drive away. Park City Mountain resort is a very cute base with plenty of shops, restaurants and after ski drinking spots - but PCMR is my least favorite mountain of the 5 we skied at (Canyons, Deer Valley, PC, Alta and Snowbasin). Granted it was the New Year's holiday week and not everything was open, but PCMR was easily the most crowded of the bunch. Again, though, the free bus routes and garage parking made getting around quite easy.

[Separately, we bought discount tickets and rented performance skis from Canyon Sports and were a bit disappointed with the low-budg and poor availability of equipment at the SLC shop; they were out of poles matching my daughter's size and the technician was already heavily stoned at 8:30 AM...]

All around, it was a great trip.

We stayed here for the month of August 2008 and enjoyed our vacation in this nicely furnished condo. It is so convenient to either walk or take the free bus -a block away- that we rarely drove anywhere. We would definitely recommend this as a good place to stay.
