In the center of the 65 square meter apartment Podgora is the 1st Stock of 'House Sonja'. Very centrally located, 40m to the beach, restaurants, cafes, shops, bakery, post office and supermarket.

In absolute prime location - right in the center, with direct access from the house to the beach. You can go in bathing suits from the breakfast table to the beach. The house is still in a quiet location
Nearest Beach : beach at 30 Metres
Car: not necessary

In the center of the pedestrian zone in Podgora promenade. Next to the hotel Podgorka, only 2 mins to the most beautiful beach. Cafes, restaurant's, bakeries, gift shops, supermarkets, etc.
