The two floors split penthouse apartment has three bedrooms (one with bunk beds, especially for children), a spacious living room with designer kitchen, a spacious bathroom including bath and separate shower, a toilet and a terrace with ample space for a leisurely barbecue. Up to the input range (including wardrobe and shoe closet) all premises are located on the upper floor.

Beautiful apartment!

This modern and spacious apartment was a pleasure to stay in for our 3 nights in Innsbruck. A 15 minute walk to the old town, free parking in the garage, internet and a Spar across the street. A wonderful respite from hotels! The place is very well appointed and there is everything you will need for cooking. Thank you.

Great City apartment

Located very close to Innsbruck center, 15-20 minutes of a nice walk along the river. The apartment was modern, clean and well equipped. Although we never met the host, he was very helpfull with every information and request we had. The apartment has a well connected WiFi.
Parking is included which is always an advantage with any city rental. The only down side the apartment has is that it is close to Innsbruck airport and the landings/departures can be heard. To us it was not a problem since over night the airport does not work and during the day we were travelling in the area.
To net it up, I am strongly recommend to stay in this apartment when visit the area.

Supermodernes Appartment

Das Appartment entspricht exakt der Beschreibung: moderne Einrichtung, nicht weit zur Innensstadt, Spar gegenüber, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden!
Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr einfach. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Appartment in zentrumsnaher Lage!

Das Appartment hält, was es verspricht! Waren als Familie mit einem 10 Monate alten Kind dort und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man für den Alltag benötigt und wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz um auch mit mehreren Leuten angenehm zu wohnen. Die Lage war spitze. Nach 10 Minuten war man zu Fuß mitten in der Altstadt und man war nicht auf Bus/Bahn angewiesen. Gegenüber der Wohnung war sowohl ein Spar, ein MPreis als auch ein Hofer (ALDI), sodass man bequem alle notwendigen Lebensmittel einkaufen
konnte.
Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Stylische Penthouse Wohnung

Das Design und die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top! Alles macht einen neuen und sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Gut ausgestattete Küche inkl. Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, modernes Bad, komfortable Betten. Die Wohnung wurde in einem sehr sauberen und aufgeräumten Zustand übergeben, top! Netter und herrlich unproblematischer Vermieter.

Ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte: der Blick durch die Größe Fensterfront geht leider nicht auf die Berge sondern in den Innenhof eines großen Mehrfamilienblockes. Auf dem Balkon ist man also schon ziemlich unter Beobachtung. Die Wohnung liegt nicht direkt in der Innenstadt sondern eher etwas außerhalb am Rande. Mit dem Rad (Nextbike Leihstation in der Nähe) vielleicht 10 Minuten zum Zentrum, zu Fuß halt ein wenig mehr. Supermarkt liegt gleich schräg gegenüber. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind etwas begrenzt. Für Familien mit kleinen Kinder ist die Wohnung nur bedingt geeignet, da eine Treppe von der Haustür in den Wohnbereich führt.

Ich würde jederzeit wieder die Wohnung buchen und anderen empfehlen.

Great central location

Great central location, plenty of room for our 7 guests. The property was spacious, clean and well presented. No washing machine on site was disappointing but a laundrymat was 300m down the road so in the end it didn't matter. The host was very helpful with any questions we had. Good wifi. Easy off street parking right outside the property. It's best feature however was definitely its great central location being only a 10-15minute walk into the heart of Innsbruck.
