Suitable, but lacking

The location is great for WDW -- all WDW parks are within an easy drive. The house was suitable, showers were decent, but there were many details that were lacking. The remote for the DVD player didn't work, rendering it useless (can't operate without it); two of the four outlets in the kitchen didn't work; back screen door didn't close; garage door was off its roller (bottom left); one trash bag, one dishwashing capsule; 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with none other; left front stove burner bent (rendering it useless); multiple pickets missing from fenced yard. In essence, the house is in disrepair with little attention taken to it. All appliances are bottom of the line and old (small magnavox TV; dynex DVD player; magic chef stove, etc. Bottom line is that the house worked okay for us since we basically just slept there, spending most of the day at WDW. However, I wouldn't recommend it or stay there again.
Owner's Response: This house is well maintained and well located. It is not a new home. Guests are always advised to bring their own personal toiletries. There is a Walmart in the community for shopping needs. All the appliances work. Guests are also advised to call the property manager if anything is amiss but there were no calls made by this guest. We have been in business for a long time and pride ourselves with satisfied customers. Our prices are low and we cater to average income guests.
