This classic vacation Chalet sits on a beautiful, private lot. The gated community of Arrowhead Lakes has plenty to offer all year round. Choose from 3 pools, one of which was newly renovated in 2008 and offers a world of fun for the little ones. There are two lakes offering swimming, boating and fishing, as well as numerous playgrounds for the kids to explore. State gamelands are close by for those who like to hunt. And for those that love the snow...Jack Frost and Big Boulder are just down the road, while Camelback is about 18 miles away. Or, just stay home and walk to the community sledding hill to have a blast without having to shovel out the car. Regardless of what activity you choose, you can come home to relax in the quiet serenity of this streamside lot. And there's plenty of room for two families to vacation together.

    From Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day, Arrowhead Lake charges $25 per person per week (or $7.50 per person per day) for Amenity Badges (over age 6)--mandatory Arrowhead Lake fee.
  • Rent is subject to a total of 9% sales tax consisting of 6% PA state tax plus 3% Monroe County tax. This 9% will be charged in addition to the rates noted above, or any Holiday rate quote given either by phone or email.

Additional Fees: Arrowhead Lake does charge renters two additional fees as described below: A $25 fee is charged per vehicle for gate passes. Gate passes cannot be shared by multiple vehicles. Information must be provided at least one week before arrival. Upon arrival, you will be asked to present your drivers license and current registration. All renters over the age of six (6) are required to purchase badges to be worn/displayed at all amenities from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. Daily badges are $7.50 per person per day, Weekly badges are $25.00 per person per week. After Labor Day and before Memorial Day Weekend, renters may purchase daily badges to attend functions/events for $5.00/badge.

Lots of people... Lots of space

We were lookinf for a nice palce that would accomodates MANY kids and this was perfect. They all got to relax in their own space and we all still had room to spread out. Its a nice quiet area and we are looking forward to going again.

Such A Wonderful Rental!

We rented the property for a couples weekend and had a GREAT time! The house is very clean, neat and perfect for a large group such as ours. It was even bigger then we thought and everyone was so pleased with it. We loved how fully stocked it was with everything we needed and more. Carolyn was such a helpful and pleasant owner to deal with. It's very private and was close enough to the mountains and area attractions. It was also very affordable and we hated leaving! I would definitly recommend others to stay here!

What a Find!

My fiancee' and I stayed the weekend and had a wonderful time. The owners directions are very clear and accurate. The property was beautifully maintained and the owners provided excellent customer service. We stopped in Jim Thorpe, PA on the way and spent the afternoon discovering a fun new town. On Saturday we walked around the community and found a great sledding hill near the house. We also walked to the lake. Later we went tubing at Camelback Ski Area and had drinks at the Barley Creek Brewing Company. By the end of the night we were snuggled by the fireplace enjoying the rest of our time.

This place is AWESOME!

We spent our family vacation here - which was the last week of Summer vacation for our kids, and we hoped it would be a great time for them before returning to school. This house was everything we hoped it would be and more. The place was immaculate, fully stocked with everything you would need - incuding a mountain of cut firewood, which we enjoyed very much in the cool evenings. The owner is a pure dream to deal with - accomodating, helpful, and very pleasant. The place is very spaciaous, and easily sleeps 12 people - or more. The location is private, and the grounds are beautiful. The pool was brand-new, and my kids enjoyed it very much - and it was a 5 minute drive from the house. The Beach community was nice, and you could do as much or as little as you choose. There are plenty of activities to take part in. Lastly, the house is in a gated community with strictly-enforced limited access - which made us feel very safe. I HIGHLY recommend this property!
