Enjoy the most beautiful view on Hudson River from the boardwalk just a minute from your apt. Diverse community yet the apartment is very quiet, safe, and private. Located at W18 St.& 9 AVE on the 4th floor elevator building, the apt has high ceilings, AC, ceiling fan, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, utensils. TV, computer with high speed Internet, necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils. Full bath has a combo tub/ shower hair dryer. furnishing includes: 2 queen size bed, 1 love seat sofa fresh linens and towels are provided. Laundromat around the corner. Very safe area.

Great apartment in Chelsea

This apartment is in a great location and is very clean and tidy, the lift is useful as it is on the 4th floor. The whole experience has been great, found the apartment without any problems even though I have never been to New York and it was easy to get hold of the owner to get in. We are British and booked this apartment in the UK on the Home and Away web site, and had no problems contacting the owner and paying the deposit with Pay Pal. We are a family of five and although this apartment is quite small we managed very well and we did not seem to be on top of one another. There are many great restaurants around the apartment and a couple of shops selling milk and other essentials. I would definitely use this apartment again and I recommend it as it is so central.

Good spacious studio in Chelsea

This is a great studio appartment, perfect for a group of 4 friends on a budget. We found there was enough of space, espcially as there is a separate bathroom and kitchen.
The location in Chelsea is excellent. We particularly liked the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre for comedy, Buddakan for upmarket Chinese food, La Bottega at the Maritime Hotel for Italian food, the High Line park, bars in Meatpackers District and Chelsea Market for food shopping.
The owner is friendly and flexible with arrival/departure times. We would definitely stay here again.

Very good location. Apt was very clean and neat. Good internet access and great kitchen. In a nice building on 4th floor with elevator. Owner was very easy to deal with. Plan to use this apt again later this year.
