Water front water view 1st floor condo in a resort setting only 15 minutes from the airport. This is a luxury 1 bedroom that has just been completely renovated. Only the best stainless steel appliances and furnishings were installed including a new 50' LCD TV, king size bed room suite with large walk in. Leather reclining sofa and rocking/reclining leather chairs. Counter height dining set as well as counter height glass table set on the deck to enjoy the lake view sunsets. Unit includes in suite washer, dryer, dishwasher, garburator, ice maker and filtered water on fridge. CD/stereo/and DVD player. Just bring your suitcase and relax

Resort amenities are incredible. 2 large pools 3 spas 2 large fitness centers, theater in complex, club house with fire place, big screen TV, full kitchen, business center with computer fax printer, etc. Large community lake for boating, fishing, picnics or just relaxing walks in the parks on the lake.

We are very glad we choose this condo. It is in an excellent location with wonderful views over the lake, also very convenient for shopping etc. just a few minutes walk away. The condo had everything we needed and more, all quality appliances, also the place was very clean. All in all our stay was very comfortable and relaxed. Helped too by Chris and Lori who were great hosts. We highly recommend this condo, 5 stars.

This condo was just perfect. From the convenient location (grocery store, resturants a five minute walk thru complex) and the pool one minute from the door. The view onto the lake was beautiful! Watching the sunset and people fishing, boating and walking became a nightly event. We really had a very relaxed time and would recommend this condo to any couple.
It would be abit too small for any more than 2.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway

Stark Villa

We would just like to comment on our stay at “Stark Villa.” The view of the lake was great, the condo was very clean, very warm and inviting and having the extra TV in the bedroom was a plus. It was also very convenient to walk next store and have a grocery store, etc. so close by. You supplied us with everything that is needed to have an enjoyable stay. Everything could not have been more perfect! We hope we will be able do it again!

We just loved our stay. Early morning walks around the lake, breakfast on the patio, planning our day with easy access to the freeway to anywhere in Phoenix within 30 minutes. Afternoons at one of two great pools or use of the fully equipped gym. Late afternoon three minute walk to a great wine selection at the grocery store(s), steaks or fresh fish on the BBQ or in a great kitchen, truly no stress in this condo. We WILL be back. Thank you, Lori & Chris for providing us with a wonderful second home.

Quiet, Cozy Oasis in Ahwatukee

Chris and Lori,
Thank you for allowing us the use of your home. It was truly a romantic getaway. From the peacefulness and calm of the morning with cool breezes. To the beauty of colorful flowers and sounds of the fountan waters on the lake makes it a spa-like feel. The condo was just enough for us. It even allowed for "Guy Space." The soft leather sofa and chair which reclines was perfect for viewing sports on the 50" tv screen. The community was great for morning and evening walks. The condo was a perfect retreat after sightseeing and/or daytrips. We appreciate your hospitality.
