Cove Cottage is a charming beautifully furnished getaway on 2 wooded acres which are shared with Cove House (a 5 bedroom, 3 bath luxury home). Cove Cottage can be rented separately for parties of 6 or less or with Cove House for large parties up to 16 people. The Cottage is situated a short distance from the ocean with wonderful water views. Eagles, fox, dear, giant heron and other wildlife are often sighted on the property and nearby protected marshland. Explore the beautiful undeveloped shore via a walking right of way to the ocean. The property is only a short distance from Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor and other island attractions. Each of the units has its own parking, entrance, landscaped yard and ocean views. The Cottage is approximately 70 feet from the house and occupies 2 floors above the garage.
