The balconied living room of this top-floor small penthouse has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the day and night activities on the beach and it has a panoramic view from Capes St. Jean Ferrat to St. Tropez. There are indoor and outdoor dining facilities and the apartment features separate bathroom and toilet, a recently renovated kitchen with marble pass-through breakfast bar and TV. The famous nine story 'Le Star' building has 2 elevators, and a live-in concierge. It's located on a lovely residential street but in close proximity to 30 different restaurants, dozens of music clubs, many beach front bars, boutique shopping and a large casino. All this is in the music festival area of Juan Les Pins. Fabulous shopping and fashion 'a la mode' is of course also available in nearby Cannes and Nice.

Nearby food shopping includes a large supermarket, and individual shops for fresh meat, pastries, bread, and produce while an extensive 'farmers market' is available in nearby Antibes every weekend. You can sit on your balcony with your morning coffee before you go down to the beach or go sightseeing. The train station is a short walk away. You can eat in Italy some 40 minutes away, enjoy the famous the marvelous beachfront hotels in Cannes 20 minutes away, or in the evening gamble at the world famous royal casino in Monaco 35 minutes away. You can choose if you wish not to take the train but instead enjoy the magnificent views from the world-renown Corniches in your car. You than return to your own private indoor parking, with plenty of room to store everything you've bought all day long.
