When you are relaxed out, a 30 minute drive will take you to Hollywood and all of the hottest clubs in the country. A farmers market is held every Friday and Saturday morning nearby, great for spotting celebrity Venice residents and getting great food.

Great Venice Beach rental!

My partner and I rented this wonderful apartment for (5) nights the first week of October. Not only was it clean and well appointed, but it was just two minutes to the beach. It was great to have a garage as well as a walled courtyard off our living room and bedroom. This was a perfect home base and every evening was wonderfully cool with a breeze from the ocean. Having a washer and dryer is key as you do not have to pack as many clothes, there was even an iron and ironing board, really everything you could possibly want. The owner was readily available to answer any questions and was always very nice and polite. We cannot wait to come back to continue our exploration of the LA area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

20th Anniversary Venice Experience

My wife and I had gotten engaged in S. California many moons ago and decided it might be fun to head back out to Cali for our 20th. The apartment was spectacular and exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean, convenient, cozy, and a great launch pad for our vacation. All the luxuries of home including DirecTV and free wifi were much appreciated and having garage access was a plus because finding parking spots in this busy area would have been a challenge. Such a great experience that my wife is already wanting us to return for another getaway!

I just wanted to thank you for renting us your lovely Venice Beach condo last week. We couldn't have asked for a better location so close to the beach and great restaurants on Washington Blvd. We were able to have my youngest daughter (the one who lives in Culver City), and her boyfriend come over to enjoy a BBQ with us on the patio - something we couldn't have done in a hotel room! I will definitely recommend your place to others and look forward to staying there again.

We would like to let you know we had a GREAT time in Venice, also because we really liked your apartment. Its a friendly place and comfortable, and if it wasn't so far from home we would like visit your place every year. Still, its high on our list for a second visit, when possible.

What a holiday!

My wife and youngest son and I were very comfortable here! Gerald provided us with all our needs. The apartment was clean and well maintained, and the location is fantastic - close to everything, but quiet. We were able to have my other son and his family over for a meal, and while we all ate from our laps, we were able to serve and seat our 6 guests. Having the Marvin Braude bike trail right outside was also a major plus - I personally logged over 200 miles on it. The garage, though, is quite narrow, so I don't recommend folks renting as large a vehicle (Buick Lucerne - the size of a large Cadillac) as we did - a bit scary at first.

All in all a great value, and we'll certainly see if it's available next time we come out to visit our son in Venice. Thanks for a great experience!
