The house is located near to Ocala, home of Kentucky Derby winners & known as one of the world's horse capitals.

If you love horseback riding this is the right place for you. HITS Post Time Farm is just 25 miles away.

Close to the house you can enjoy the Silver River State Park, the Wild Water Park, and the Silver Springs Nature Theme Park, at the spring of the Silver River. It is the largest artesian spring formation in the world.

Across the road you will find The Diamond Golf and Country Club, with 18 holes to play and the title 'Highest Slope Rating' in Marion County.

The Ocala National Forest is also nearby, with numerous springs, the Oklawaha River and several other rivers.

The springs stay 72 degrees all year round, so bring your swimming suits and jump in to enjoy swimming in crystal clear water. There are numerous possibilities for kayaking and canoeing in a stunning wilderness.

Goethe State Forest with its 23 miles of hiking trails and 41 miles of horse riding trails is only 40 miles away.

The area is also great for viewing wildlife, bicycling, hiking, and is well known for birding.

You are within a radius of 80 miles or less to Orlando with all the amusement parks and Outlet Malls, as well as Daytona Beach and Crystal River.

St. Augustine, the oldest continuously occupied European-established city and port in the continental United States is only 85 miles away.

This beautiful house is newly furnished, smart and comfortable. There's two double (queen) bedrooms, one with en-suite with a huge walk-in shower and a jacuzzi, one twin bedroom, a family bathroom, big kitchen, recliner sofa and a rocking recliner Loveseat and a 50' flatscreen LED TV. The garage is carpeted has been converted to a multi-purpose room with a Brunswick pool table for your convenience.

WOW! The home was perfect! The pictures are not enough to capture the beauty of this home. It was much more than we expected We enjoyed our time so much! Property owners were so diligent and went beyond the call of duty to accommodate our stay. We also were thankful for the property managers as they were such a delight and pleasure to meet and work with!
