great condo in Brian Head

This was our first trip to Brian Head, UT & we had a great time. The condo was very clean & comfortable & had plenty of space for a family of four. The owner was very helpful in giving us recommendations in the area. The unit comes with four ski passes, which was a nice addition. The unit also has a Wii which the kids (& hubby) enjoyed. The game room & jacuzzi were great at the end of a cold day on the slopes. We were there the week before Christmas 2012 from Mon-Thurs & were amazed at how uncrowded Brian Head was. No lines for ski rentals, no lift lines, and a few nights we had the jacuzzi & game room in the condo all to ourselves. Giant Steps is a five minute easy walk, even with kids & gear in tow. We went to Navajo a couple days as our kids are beginner skiers & that was only a 5 min drive from the condo and parking was not a problem. Brian Head doesn't have a huge "nightlife" scene & not a ton of restaurants to choose from, but it was fine. We ordered pizza one night, ate out one night & cooked in the condo the rest of the time.
We even added an unplanned extra night to our trip & went to Bryce Canyon National Park afterwards, which was beautiful in the snow... took us about 90 min or so to get there. Also very uncrowded as it wasn't their peak tourist season.
Overall, a great condo & a great ski trip... and a very different ski experience compared to crowded California slopes!
