Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• The apartment price refers to an occupancy of 2 persons / night. Each additional person or dog costs € 20.00 per night extra.
  
  For the final cleaning, Bed linen, towels, tea towels and Wi-Fi we charge a fee of 40.00 €, regardless of the length of stay.
  
  More overnight guests must be registered prior to arrival and the consent must be obtained from the landlord. undeclared overnight guests have to pay at least 20,00€ per night and per person for the entire rental period due.
  
  50% of the rent has to pay upon booking, the remaining 50% is due upon arrival and must be transferred also to the landlord's account or to pay cash.
• A security deposit of 100, - € should be deposited upon arrival. This deposit will be granted by Bank Transfer after their departure, if the apartment was left tidy and no new damage incurred reimbursed. Should not something be wrong, we clarify whether the damage on your liability insurance or the deposit (possibly shared) is settled.
