It is about 85m ², has 2 bedrooms with flat-screen TV and a large covered patio with Hofterasse.

In a few minutes walk from all the attractions such as climate house, Havenwelten, Mediterraneo,
Nearest Beach : beach at 1.5 Kilometres

5-10 minute walk from the train station and public park.

Approx. 10-15 minute walk from the Havenwelten, Maritime Museum, museum ships, air house, Emigration Center and all the attractions.

Location on the timber port in a quiet side street.
