Our 35 square meters large apartment / studio was completed in 2012. The floor is fully tiled and the ceilings are heat wave radiators that make a healthy (no air circulation and no dust, making it great for allergy sufferers) and warmth. This bright studio has all the key residential areas that have been set by our functional and cozy. The bathroom with shower (ground floor), toilet, sink, mirror

Our detached cottage / studio is located on a 1000 square meters large, secluded private estate in the Garden City Schulzendorf (south-eastern outskirts of Berlin). The combination of forest and lakes around the Dahme Lake Region and its convenient proximity (S Bahnhf. Eichwalde 10-minute walk) to the capital city offers an ideal holiday location. They expect peace and quiet in the countryside, as well as exciting time in the vibrant city of Berlin. Potsdam, the Spreewald and Tropical Islands are just some worthwhile destinations that are from here, with easy driving distance. Numerous shops, pharmacy, restaurants, ATM, etc. are located in the immediate vicinity.
