House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Relax and unwind in this recently remodeled home, located in the unique mid-century neighborhood of Racquet Club Estates. An open floor plan, polished concrete floors, post and beam ceilings and contemporary furnishings are a few features that make your stay here a distinctively Palm Springs experience.

An airy great room boasts a comfy leather sectional sofa and a 50” LCD, hi-def cable TV, and DVD player, leading into the dining area and updated kitchen.

All three bedrooms have queen beds and are tastefully styled, two with LCD TVs. The Master bedroom has a private bath, with convenient outside entry.

With spectacular mountain views, the spacious backyard is completely private, with a hot tub, a refreshing pool and teak deck chairs- floaties and towels included!

Grill and dine on the outside patio, or cozy up to the fire pit on those cool desert nights.

Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, this Krisel- designed Alexander is centrally located, minutes from downtown restaurants, nightlife, and all that Palm Springs has to offer.

We love the desert lifestyle, and the proximity is perfect to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. We're big fans of mid-century architecture, and love the neighborhood. We purchased the house in 2008, and spent the entire summer renovating it.

What makes this house unique

If you like post-modern style, you'll love the house. We really tried to preserve the architectural integrity of the home, while making it comfortable, stylish and most of all fun. We like our guests to feel like they're getting away from it all, Palm Springs style!

Had a wonderful time here with my family. The home is impeccably clean, comfortable, pretty and fun. Perfect location in Palm Springs, near restaurants, supermarket, downtown, but on a quiet private street. The heated pool was great! Paul, they owner, is incredibly helpful and responsive in every way. Couldn't have imagined a better experience. Thanks!!

Relaxing yet so close to the restaurants, shopes and galleries of Palm Springs.

My partner and I rented this house for 2 weeks this February. We had an amazing time. The house was everything we had expected and more. There is tons of room to entertain and the pool is delightful!! Several of our relatives dropped by for a few days and there was lots of room to be together AND to have time on our own :) It is a short walk to the shops, restaurants and galleries of Palm Springs! It took us about 40 minutes to march right into old downtown but there are many restaurants closer than that. If you bike (and there are two Schwinns to use!) the trip is much quicker. The owners were a delight to work with and we will definitely come back!! There was some construction next door which was a bit tiring at times but that looks like it should be completed really quickly :) Thanks Paul and Dean for a wonderful vacation!!

We really enjoyed staying in this classic mid-century home. It is in an excellent location - a quiet neighborhood yet a short distance from interesting places and activites. The house is comfortable and well-stocked. Everything was as advertised. When we had questions our host responded immediately with helpful information. We will stay here again when we return and recommend it to others.

Perfect Palm Springs Experience

Paul was a dream to work with, and this house was a dream to rent. The owners have done a wonderful job recreating the mid-century experience. They have thought of all the details that make a renter feel right at home. I especially loved the waterfall in the pool and the privacy of the home. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and looking at all the other Alexander homes. You will not regret renting this house, I promise. It's the perfect Palm Springs experience.

What a week!

This house is magnificent! Everything you need is there - plenty of towels, every cooking utensil that you desire - it was like being at home. The owners are very, very responsive - it was a pleasure working with them. We had a problem with the jacuzzi, I wrote an email, and the owner was calling not 5 minutes later. Now, that is service! I highly suggest this property to everyone.
