Incredible Villa in the gated community of the Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This gorgeous, remodeled home with ocean and marina views throughout has classic Mexican ambiance and style. It's only a five-minute walk to 'Party Central'. This large and open three-bedroom 3 bath home offers approximately 2,700 square feet of living space. There are two master suites, a third bedroom and two fold out couches in the living room. The property sleeps up to ten. Special features include a large swimming pool, Palapa bar area, and outdoor pool lounges, sunning, and dining. The best part of Casa Tequila is that you have ocean views from every room and yet you can walk into town and to the marina and to the beach. You do not need to rent a car to stay here and yet you are in a gated community. It is located on a cul-de-sac making easy to walk everywhere. The pool area faces the ocean and beautiful mountainous terrain of the desert meeting the sea. The best villa value!

From world class fishing, golf, surfing, to whale watching, atv riding, swim with the dolphin (very close to our home, you can see the dolphin jumping from our home) Its desert climate and rugged terrain make for incredible views up against the crystal blue of its beautiful ocean.
