Very quiet but centrally located

The chalet consists of 3 residential units Tit. Rented the three-bedroom apartment on the first floor and the ground-floor studio. The 3-room apartment has a living area of ??60m2 and was completely renovated in 2011, the studio is approx 26m2 large and is also renovated in September 2013. The location is very quiet because there is no road (only one staircase) leads to the chalet, no noise village, although only 5 minutes walk from the village center. From the chalet you can enjoy a great view of the Adelboden mountains and the waterfall.

Equipment: Living room: Leather sofa Large flat screen TV, DVD player (DVD movies are available), radio, free internet access etc. Large balcony with wonderful views. Well equipped kitchen with cooking island, large fridge, oven and ceramic hob, fondue and raclette. Master bedroom with double bed. Children's room with bunk beds. WC / bathroom with shower. New washer and dryer in the house. Board games, children's games, etc., buggy, carriage and Bob can be used. Distance to town / ski walk about 100m. going up. Centrally located, about 5 minutes walk to the village center. Non smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed (or small pets on request). Note that the (unchanged) Prices include final cleaning.
